Access to culture remains uneven due to geographic, socio-economic disparities and programming barriers. How can we encourage opportunities for cultural participation for viewers at risk of exclusion for geographical reasons? This panel bring together European cultural organisations working on mobile cultural projects in underserved areas to share experiences and methodologies that facilitate active participation and engagement of audiences through innovative experiences in unexpected venues and locations.
